Been practising this week hoping that I will remember all the routines and that they are all long enough; sure they will be. The agenda is as follows:-

1.30-2.00 pm Set up and sign in
2.00-2.30 pm Wake up and warm up, stretches
2.30-3.15 pm Bollywood Holt Style
3.15-3.45 pm Exercises Around a Chair
3.45-4.30 pm Aerobically Challenged
4.30-5.00 pm Cool down, stretch and relax

Cakes and scones will be on sale all in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society and the WI will be selling tea and coffee.

Looking forward to seeing you there tomorrow raising lots of money.
