Look out in classes this week for the new summer of sport routine. The routine will be based on the following World Championship Sports: Archery, Athletics, Badminton, BMX, Judo, Netball, Rowing, Sprint Canoeing, Swimming and Diving. If that wasn’t enough it will also include moves from the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final, Equestrian European Championship, Grand Prix, both the male and female Cricket Ashes, Tour de France, British Open, Wimbledon, US Open and Davis Cup and also football.
Let’s make the most of all this marvellous sport and get outside and enjoy it – or stay inside for my Summer of Sport Routine.
