Friday, 3rd April @ 3.00 pm – Afternoon Tea and raffle in aid of Look Good, Feel Better Cancer Charity to be held at The Pheasant, Kelling. TO BE RE-ARRANGED LATER IN THE YEAR

Monday, 20th April @ 10.30 am – Tour of Ware Hall-House in Wells Next the Sea (Miss Savidge Moves Her House fame) – cost £10.00 to include tour, film, talk, coffee and biscuits.  Visit last around 2.5 hours. Only a few places remaining.

Friday, 24th July – Summer Picnic to raise money in aid of Pets As Therapy.

Breakdown of money raised by our events

£81.00 raised for Pets As Therapy at a coffee morning.

£2,690.42 raised for the Alzheimer Society with our 2013 aerobathon.

£2,102.97 raised for Headway Brain Injury Association with our 2014 aerobathon.

£105.76 raised for Diabetes UK by a raffle at our 2014 Christmas lunch.

£50.00 raised for Look Good Feel Better at our Cheerleaders Party in February 2015.

£315.73 raised for The Magpie Centre Riding for the Disabled with our strawberry afternoon tea in July 2015.

£225.82 raised for East Anglia Air Ambulance at our Barn Dance in October 2015.

£1,136.89 raised for the Stroke Association with a woodwork sale, donations, sponsored walk, sponsored cycle, produce sale, quiz sheets, raffle and Cheerleaders Party in 2016.

£354.72 raised for East Anglia Air Ambulance with donations, produce sale, quiz sheets and raffle in 2017.

£2,078.63 raised for Arthritis Research UK from our Boot Camp in February 2018 and Pauline, from my Holt class, raised £197 for her sponsored cycle in June; well done Pauline! We also had quiz sheets throughout the year, fruit & vegetable sales and a Christmas raffle.

£30 donated to Target Ovarian Cancer in memory of a class member who died this year.

£1,216.23 raised for the British Heart Foundation with our Pop Up Games Evening;  a two hour boot camp; raffle; quiz sheets and donations. Also a big thank you to the people who were surrounded by us at our Christmas lunch.  Despite our noise and general enthusiasm interrupting their meal, they still made a generous donation to my tin.
